Replace the cloud, then put a GPU behind it. Your notes, calendar, contacts, addressbook, files, photos, passwords, bookmarks, mail, music and folder sync — all of it living as encrypted Nostr events on a relay you run, reachable from a web client, a desktop app, an Android app, and from any CalDAV/CardDAV phone client you already own. No account with anybody, no per-seat billing, no vendor holding the keys.

Then the part a cloud drive can’t do: the same box runs your own models. Chat, image, voice, video and music generation, a private metasearch engine, live streaming, and autonomous bots on Telegram, Pleroma & Nostr — driven by cloud LLMs or the built-in native llama.cpp (CPU / CUDA / ROCm / Intel Arc). One FastAPI backend, an OpenAI-compatible /v1/, and a web-of-trust relay on PostgreSQL that is the datastore.
